1. About the app
Rival HQ Uploader ("the app") is an internal tool of Rival HQ, Indonesia. It uploads videos made by Rival HQ to social media accounts owned by Rival HQ. It is not offered to the public.
2. Who may use it
Only members of the Rival HQ team, for accounts they own or are authorised to manage. By connecting an account you confirm you have that right.
3. Content
Every video published through the app is made by Rival HQ or uses material we are licensed to use (for example Creative Commons footage with credit). We follow the community guidelines and terms of each platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service.
4. Copyright requests
If you believe a video of ours uses your work without permission, email loredrop@rivalhq.id with the video link and proof of ownership. We review every request.
5. No warranty
The app is provided as is. Rival HQ is not liable for losses caused by platform outages, API changes or upload failures.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
