Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Rival HQ Uploader ("the app"), operated by Rival HQ in Indonesia, handles data. The app is an internal tool that publishes videos made by Rival HQ to social media accounts owned by Rival HQ.
Data we access
- TikTok: when an account owner logs in with TikTok, the app receives basic account information (open ID, display name, avatar) and an access token, and uses the Content Posting API to upload videos to that account.
- YouTube (Google): the app uses the YouTube Data API to upload videos, set thumbnails and read basic channel and video statistics for our own channels. Use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy.
- Facebook (Meta): the app uses the Meta Graph API to publish Reels to Pages we manage.
How we use it
Only to upload our own videos, set their captions and thumbnails, and check that the upload succeeded. We do not sell, rent or share this data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not collect data about viewers.
Storage and retention
Access tokens are stored only on our own computer, are never published, and are deleted when we disconnect the account or stop using the app. No other personal data is stored.
Your choices
An account owner can revoke the app's access at any time in the TikTok, Google or Facebook account settings. To ask us to delete any stored data, email loredrop@rivalhq.id; we answer within 30 days.
Children
The app is not directed at children and is used only by the Rival HQ team.

We will update this page when the policy changes and change the date above.
